Welsh Flag Cake Topper Pack of 48

These Welsh Flag cupcake toppers are perfect for celebrating Wales playing Rugby or family or friends moving to Wales. Stick the flags into party food on a buffet to use as a food pick. Or place the flags into the top of cupcakes like in our photos for instant patriotic cakes. 

The toppers are made from paper and a wooden stick with a spiked end to pierce food easily. The flag design is on both sides of the topper.

Pack contains 48 cupcake toppers of the same design.
